| 2 | pk | 8-oz philidelphia cream cheese |
| 8 | oz | Cracker barrel cheese |
| 1 | | Jar pimento cheese |
| 1 | | Chopped onion |
| 1 | | Chopped green pepper |
| 2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | ts | Lemon juice/real lemon |
| 1 | pk | Ground pecans/almonds/etc |
Have cheese at room temperature. In a mixing bowl; shred
cracker barrel cheese. Mix with pastry blender. Mix jar of
pimento cheese with blender. Add other ingredients and mix into
bowl. Form into a ball and put on foil covered dish - cover
ball also. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Roll in ground nuts.
